Ilan Barnboim is a partner and heads the Commercial Department.
Adv. Ilan Birnboim provides ongoing legal support to companies, entrepreneurs and business owners, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as representing clients in commercial disputes and defendants in class actions.
Ilan accompanies clients in a wide range of engagements and transactions, including founders’ agreements, partnership and shareholder agreements, business acquisition transactions, distribution and agency agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, cooperation agreements, as well as ongoing commercial relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, investors, partners and customers.
Ilan’s professional approach is characterized by a broad legal perspective, informed risk management, and the understanding that stable business activity, especially on a significant scale, relies on long-term relationships, precise contractual mechanisms, and commercial flexibility that enables the parties to cope with changes in a changing reality.
Ilan has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2020, a member of the Israel Bar Association’s Artificial Intelligence in the Legal World, and a member of the Tel Aviv District Class Actions Committee of the Israel Bar Association. Ilan holds an LL.M. with a specialization in Commercial Law from Tel Aviv University as part of an international program in collaboration with the University of California, Berkeley.
