He joined the firm as a pre-intern in the Real Estate Department, continued as a legal intern at the firm, and after being licensed returned to work at the firm as an attorney. Throughout this period, he gained professional experience in the department’s ongoing work and developed in-depth familiarity with its fields of activity.
He works in the firm’s Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department and specializes in managing and advising on real estate transactions. He has experience in accompanying and advising on combination transactions, urban renewal projects — including evacuation and reconstruction (Pinui-Binui) and National Outline Plan 38 (TAMA 38) — representing both developers and tenants, first-hand and second-hand sale transactions, and real estate taxation.
In the course of his work, he represents private real estate companies, developers, contractors, investors, and apartment owners.
