Elon Essar is a partner, and head of the firm’s Litigation Department, specializing in commercial law.
Attorney Elon Essar manages disputes and represents clients in proceedings before all courts, including Magistrates’ Courts, District Courts, and the Supreme Court, as well as in arbitration and unique tribunals. He has extensive experience handling hundreds of complex cases across various judicial forums, covering all aspects of civil, commercial, administrative, and corporate law, etc.
Additionally, Attorney Essar manages arbitration proceedings and is a certified mediator. He provides ongoing representation to international and Israeli companies in commercial law and various agreements.
Attorney Elon Essar served as Head of the Fraud and Cyber Investigations Team in the Central Unit for Special Investigations of the Military Police (permanent service). He currently serves as a director in various companies.
