In the modern business world, companies, entrepreneurs, and business owners are required to provide legal support that provides a broad commercial perspective, while considering risk management, and a practical understanding of the business relationships on which their activities are based. Our Commercial Department, led by Adv. Ilan Birnbaum, provides its clients with a comprehensive legal framework in the fields of commercial law and contracts, including drafting agreements, accompaniment in negotiations, ongoing legal advice to companies and businesses, accompaniment in transactions, as well as representation and management of commercial disputes. As part of the department’s activities in 2026, we have already successfully completed two transactions for the acquisition of business activity; Complex commercial lease agreements, one for a large industrial logistics center in the center of the country, and the other included engagement plans for sub-leasing of open storage areas on a significant scale; a number of founders’ agreements for companies in the fields of artificial intelligence; Exclusive distribution agreements for the UAE and a partnership agreement to operate an event hall. Of course, these activities have been completed alongside ongoing services provided by the Commercial Department to its clients, such as: participation in strategic meetings, accompaniment in decision-making, managing contacts with suppliers, manufacturers, partners and customers, handling commercial disputes in real time, and providing legal solutions aimed at enabling the client to act confidently, quickly and with proper business judgment.
